Default New to the Nova Scene

i'm in the process of getting myself a 1970 chevy nova. not 100% sure if it's got what i am looking for, but there is no rust, orignal 307, original TH350 and the motor is solid. Straight body, can't really complain. He's asking 4500, which seems preety reasonable.

it's got what im looking for, which is a straight body, and no rust. the rest can be changed to be what i desire.

My biggest question is about getting a manual tranny. Is the tunnel large enough for a 5-speed? 4-speed? what can do u all know about the clearance of the tranny tunnel?

plus, i can't figure out for the life of me how to use the search option!!!

They were available with a big block and 4 speed, so I think the trans tunnel will be ok for whatever You want.
