Default Not much low/mid range torque. 327

1966 Nova SS 327 Holly 4160 Vac Sec no choke on weiand Aluminum HiRise Dual plane manifold. 3:55 posi rear gears, Muncie 4 Speed. 1 3/4” headers, MSD ignition and Distributor. Cam has .498 lift. In 1966 I owned a 327 L79 pure stock Nova and it had loads of bottom. I own a matching number 1966 Corvette 327 L79 and it has plenty of bottom but this Nova just doesn’t have it. Reminds me of a Z28 Camaro I owned that got power from high RPMs. Any suggestions?
