Default Rear Wheel Bearing/Seal Question

I own a '77 Nova w/305. I need new bearings at the rear.

I've never done such work myself, so I just don't know enough.
My question refers to the attached picture.
You have there items for sale.
Some are just bearings alone, and then you can buy seals as well.
But an item on the list has this: "Bearing: Includes Bearing & Repair Sleeve"

Does that mean that the bearings AND the seal are united into one piece,
or am I missing something? The term "repair sleeve" is throwing me off.

'preciate your help!

Probably the sleeve appearance of the bearing makes it appear a compound object but in fact it is just the bearing. A seal would come separately.
