Default Vibration over 50mph

What should I do first. Balancing? Next what is the settings for alignment or wher can I locate please. Sorry bad hands arthritis and carpel tunnel. Left page. In hurry. This is for 1970 nova all original Ss 350 john

Default vibration

Tires cause vibration.alignments do not.
