1998 silverado 1500 z71 CREW cab, centurion conversion

I have a 1998 chevrolet 1500 silverado z71 crew cab pickup. From what little info I can gather, this is an extremely RARE truck. It was sent to centurion conversions by GM to be turned into a crew cab. It has 167,600 miles on it. It needs a new intake and a paint job. I have seen a good condition one selling for $10,000 so i would like to get $5,000 for this as is. Please feel free to ask any questions. Also if you have any info on the rarity of the truck I welcome it, there is not much information out there.
