Hey guys can someone help me. I have a 64 corvair and it will start, but once I get it some where it will not crank back up. Last I drove it I went to get some gas and it did not start, so I had to leave it in a parking space. At night I went back and tried again and it did crank so I got it home. What could be the problem. Also I had the left carb rebulit and it smells like gas every time I open the hood well trunk to check the oil, is this normal to smell gas in a carurated car.
