So I have my transmission off to replace the release bearing (throw off bearing) and noticed the bearing retainer shaft was all gashed up. I want to replace it, but am having a hard time finding one. The ones they sell for the truck have 4 bolt holes and mine has 6. Was wondering if anyone knew where I could find one, and if not if sliding a repair sleeve will do it?
