my 1997 Cheyenne runs fine for a while then it will go from 60 mph down to 40 mph while driving it. No matter how much i push on the gas it will not go any faster. It is a 2 door standard truck. I have replaced the clutch a few years ago, but it started doing it again. Could it be the clutch again or could there be another problem im not aware of.
