2003 Suburban Right rear stop lamp

2003 Suburban Right rear stop lamp
The right rear stop lamp on my 2003 Suburban is not operating. Left hand side and third light are working fine. New bulb, nothing. fuse is good and there is power to the fuse when you press the pedal. But, there is no power to the junction in side the rear right fender. Can anyone help me, please?

Update:
Changed the junction circuit board with no results. Checked the wiring harness going into the circuit board and no power on the jack that controls the right side lamp. Any suggestions?
