Help. I do not have any rear brake lights. The bulbs are good. The fuses are good. The hazard lights work. The third brake light works. Any help/suggestions will save me a buck or two. Thanks

Do the turn signals work?

After weeks I tried this. All turn and hazards work. Backup lights and running lights work. So I disconnected the plug that feeds the trailer lights, I then checked for power at the brake lights. Had power so I jiggled the brake light. It came on. I then inserted piece of copper in the plug. Got brake lights. Seemed the trailer harness along with loose bulbs, poor contact was the culprit. Saved a bunch of money by doing it myself.

 

So mine is about the complete opposite..brake lights work, including third brake light, but no tails lights. All other lights work as well…headlights work, turn signals work, all brake lights work but the tail lights don’t. I have replaced the bulbs and checked all the fuses. Someone please help….
