Default 75 C10 Horn Issue

Hey,
So I bought a 75' Chevy C10 a couple months back, and I just had a horn issues last week, I started to hear a noise in the steering column at low speeds when i was turning corners, parking, etc.. Anyways the horn started going off as I was turning, then that stopped for a couple days and finally i was in the parking lot leaving work and started up my truck, got half way out of my spot and the horn wouldn't stop going off.. Ran into work got some cutters and cut the power wires to the horn.. Now that is done, I have no horn, that is alright, but still hearing the noise in the column.. Obviously shorting out in the column, probably pinched or something, taking it off the road in the winter to work on a couple things, just need to figure this out quickly..

So quick question.. I took a quick look at the fuse panel to see where the fuse for the horn and no fuse is labeled.. Anyone have any ideas? It is the old school glass fuses still.. Or know the color of wires leading to the horn? Willing to try anything..
