It is getting power - heat, lights both come on and car "chugs" - but won't turn over. Had Auto Zone check it and they said battery and alternator is good, but starter failed. Replaced the starter and still no good. Also replaced connectors for battery terminals and still not starting. Any ideas?

 

Do you have fuel pressure? Is there a valve to check on the rail?

Could be fuel pump or lack of spark too.
