Hey Guys,

I just pulled this part out.

Evap Solenoid

In the picture, the right side of the part is a rectangular shaped box with a snap on lid. My lid was missing and it had an bunch of squirrel (or other small critter) food in it. They also chewed through the wires going to it. (fixed those). My question is, is there anything inside that little box? If not, couldn't i just stick a piece of plastic over it?

Might be a filter in it. This is probably part of the recirculation evap.
