As pointed out, this baby looks stock from the outside, and even the cab looks pretty factory. But the shifter hints something might be going on with the powertrain... Check out all the details here.

I always wanted to drop an LS1 into my 1980 Custom Deluxe, but I was broke as hell when I owned that truck, ha ha.
