My cousin has a 55 Chevy Belair with a SBC 350 engine and a 700r4 trans. We installed a B&M Converter Lock Up Controller part number 70244 a few years back. Everything worked ok all this time. However, recently the red light on the controller now stays on constantly and the converter appears to be locked up in a low gear, which is causing the engine to rev all the time. There is a green light display on the controller panel that suppose to light up when the converter unlocks. The green light is not coming on. Any suggestions or comments as to what is happening and how I can fix this problem? Thank you for your support, Tommy.
