Chevrolet van, lights out?
Hi, I'm experiencing problems with my Chevrolet Van G20 6.2 litre. I am from Sweden and therefore my English knowledge about car-terms is not so good but I will try to explain as good as I can. I was out on the road and suddenly all of the front lights went out. A friend of mine thought it could be the main power switch for the lights(located on the left side of the steering wheel). I bought a new main power switch for the lights and installed it. Now the park & signal(position lights?) are enlightened, but not the high and low beam(?)
Mainly no lights at all except for the two very low ones that in Swedish are referred to as position lights. Everything else seems to work and it is not the lightbulbs since we could put a 12v plus cable from the battery directly to the lights to light them. Does anyone know what might be the problem? All of the fuses seems to be intact and I'm just out of clues right now.
All of the back lights are working, but the batterys also seems to drain the power very quickly since this problem occurred.
Help me!

It is a 1988 Starcraft. I guess there is a broken relay or fuse but I have searched and I really can't find the source of the problem. But maybe someone on here know where I should look.
