Default Do I have a leaky head gasket on my 2005 Optra?

I will begin by saying I have only enough knowledge to be dangerous :>

My 2005 Optra had an engine light come on and it presented code P2279, which is a intake vacuum issue. So I had a look around (as best I could) and then I saw the oil on the engine. It was localized to one spot in particular. You can see it in the top right. I also noticed some of the gasket appears to be sticking out around the engine.

I don't know what it really means to take those bolts to see what's underneath so I came here before I went to crazy. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Brad

Well if you didn't know if I was green, then you do now. Apparently it is unlikely that I would be leaking oil with a failed head gasket, so now what?
