HELP, `64 283 w/Rochester 2GC won't idle
HELP please, Gotta go to car show this weekend but all of a sudden she won't idle, mid/hi speed ok, took top off, all ok, blocked off all vacuum ports, fresh gas??? Thanks.

Did you try adjusting the idle screws? I'm guessing you did, as well as the fuel filter. Do you have a vacuum gauge? Make sure your distributor vacuum timing cannister doesn't have a blown diaphragm, leaking vacuum. Commonplace on old cars, simple and cheap to replace too.
