Default hitch receiver for Jeep wrangler

I have a 1999 Jeep wrangler and need a tow hitch just for a cargo basket(not for towing though) but don't want to buy a expensive one. I don't care if I have to drill new holes. When I search online only find those specially for this model....can I install any other? Which ones? Thank you in advance x helping.

Default hitch

that's the problem with trailer hitches the cars and trucks are all different sizes of frame widths and there is generally a lot of gear under the car or truck hanging down getting the way .they pretty much have to be made specifically for the same platform . you mights find one that's close at a junk yard and modify it ! valley make's some cheap hitch's you might give them a try .

Thanks for your response. When you say valley, what you mean, where? I live in lancaster, any place close there?

I hear ya when you say light loads, but, you can be sure that at some point you're going to need more. Get a hitch which is rated for the GTW of your ride.
