Greetings, I went to cert. my car the other day and it did not pass because the horn doesn't work. After some careful checking I found that the horn does work but for some reason their is no power going to it. I have a repair manual for it but I can not find anything it in about fixing the horn. Is their anywhere I can find a wire diagram or an eazy way to fix it?

unless the horn became computer controlled, normally 1 wire positive and the grounded frame pretty simple. but this is GM, the are like Nvidia it doesnt have to make sense, it just needs to work
