MY LINK FREEZING UP and sometimes auto scrolling through screens on my 2018 Traverse
Bought my 2018 Traverse Dec 2017 and a little more than 3 months later I started getting a message that says OnStar trial ended and My Link will freeze up & sometimes start auto scrolling through screens, when this happens I can't change anything and I can't even change stations from the steering wheel. It only happens every now and then. Brought to the dealer they did a global reset, worked fine for 3 days. Brought it in again today but the problem didn't replicate. Wondering if this has anything to do with the OnStar subscription ending, we did not renew. It's at Connell Chevy now.
