Default Rear axle switched for disk brakes

Hello everyone.
I have recently put a 2002 rearend on my 2007 new body style 1500 with a beefed up center section and disk breaks from factory. What I need help with is how do I attach my parking break cables from the original drums to the new disks what kind of adapters do I need or is there a part out there that I can change to make it work. Thankyou-josh

its probably easiest to install a whole new cable meant for a vehicle that came with the disc brakes , and just get the needed brackets and such.
