Default Typhoon prototype for sale

This sounds cool, but I wonder why it has a salvage title? What do you think?

I always liked the old style Blazers. I had a 1985 and a 1992 and both were excellent trucks. This is what Chevy should have copied for their new Blazer instead of that front wheel drive SUV.

Yeah, can't say I'm a fan. Especially since the Bronco is supposed to be pretty capable.

Salvage title is a CYA move by GM, their thinking is you can't register it as a regular vehicle and drive it on the road. Being a "prototype" if you crash someone could claim it didn't have all the safety equipment a regular car would have, thus making GM liable. We all know you can register a salvage title.

I remember some years ago GM sold a bunch of their cars at Barrat-Jackson. They all were sold on bill of sale and no easy way to register them. A lot of them were regular production vehicles, just an even number, like the 1 millionth Saturn. Ford did the same thing right around this time. I recall the Marauder convertible that they said only went 15mph.
