What is this model + Need blueprint

Sorry for my english.
I need to know exactly this car.
At this time, I think it's a Chevrolet "Deluxe Station Wagon", but I don't know what is the exact model.
After, I search for blueprint of this model (for a 3D modeling).
Do you know a Old Chevy's Forum address ?
