Its a simple code using URL tags. [url=destinationURL] text to be shown [/url]
Once you learn the tags its easy as pie.
Same thing you do for images, you have the opening [IMG], the URL, and then a closing [/IMG], except you don't "hide" the url inside the opening tag and cover it with text.
