He's not eligible. He won the June ROTM a month ago, which disqualifies him for the next 2 ROTMs. He will be eligible next month.

I'll have to check to see if the pics are still in the gallery since I heard the software glitch cleared it out.

Edit: Yep, they're still there, albeit rather lengthy process to actually view them.
