Arrow Nominations - September '09 ROTM!!!
Let the nominations begin for September!

RULES:

Remember, the eligibility requirements are not static and are subject to loosen at the administrators discretion.
The nominations will run until 5 competitors are nominated or until the 15th. A minimum of 3 must be nominated
