For instance, a Saturn Aura may compete because it shares the Malibu platform, but a Pontiac Solstice may not because it has no Chevrolet counterpart. Chevrolet-powered watercrafts are not allowed to compete."

does my Mercedes qualify as a "platfrom to a s10 blazer?" also do you have to own the current vehicle if chevy? my S10 is in the family (sister/nephew)
