The front passenger seat belt wont retract anymore its hanging lose and cant get it to go back into the seat any idea how to fix this issue thanks

 

its kind of a pain in the a@$ but you would prubly have to remove the p. side seat then the trim panel covering the belt then you should be able to get to the retractable part of the belt and see if you can do anything from there. there isnt much you can do with them to fix it so unless there is somthing stuck or twisted belt you would probly have to have it replaced

 

That side panel is hard to remove, one side pops out but the other side is not budging and I don't want to crack or damage it. Called the local Napa Store which use to be the Chevrolet Dealer with the same mechanics and they didn't know how??
