1.9L S-10 EGR pipe

1.9L S-10 EGR pipe
I am in the process of trying to pull the exhaust manifold from a 84 S-10 with a 1.9L engine. I have run into a problem getting the EGR pipe disconnected, as in it won't come loose. I've tried every trick I know and some I didn't and am only succeeding in rounding off the corners of the pipe fitting using the correct size Snap-on Flare nut wrench.
Attempted:
PB Blaster
Heat
Heat and PB Blaster
Heat and wax
Heat and wax and PB Blaster
Heat and brake fluid
tapping with hammer used with all of the above
The tube is no longer availible from the dealer so cutting it out and replacing is not an option.
I am almost to the point of pulling the engine to get clearance to drill out and retap the exhaust flange bolt holes or breaking the cast iron manifold and replacing with a junkyard one.
Any suggestions for an easy work around?
Thanks
Le
