hi all,

i just picked up an '88 s10 blazer project. the the parking lights and dash lights do not work. the head lamps do as well as the turn signals. the paring lights will work when the hazard switch is turned on. i assume that means i have a faulty dash switch. if this is the case would that affect the dash lights as well?

the previous owner hacked the exhaust. im trying to figure out if he cut the cat our or the muffler. i have attached a picture of what i believe to be the cat. can someone confirm if this is correct?

i am new to blazers so any help is appreciated.
