Default 1994 chevy blazer engine dieing/stalling issue

1994 chevy blazer randomly dies while driving then won't restart from around 20 mins to 3 hours or a whole day. Parts replaced include coil distributer cap and rotor plugs wires batterie and fuel filter. I'm not where what the issue is has a jasper reman engine with 80k on it it's a vortec 4.3 v6. When the engine is running is has 55psi fuel pressure then after it dies or I turn the key off it drops to about 2-5psi. Engine has spark after it dies it still turns over but won't start up. I'm sure it's fuel related. Anyone with info please chime in.
