My issue happened out of the blue. One moment no problems, I shut it off for about an hour and when I went to start it up again it would not stay running. If I keep my foot in the gas it will not die but it still is not running 100%. Take your foot off the gas and it kind of chokes out....... I replace the MAP sensor and the EGR valve with no luck. I am not sure what to do next. If you click on this link you can hear and see whats going on. Please let me know if anyone might have an idea on what to next.

Id suggest you have a vacuum leak. Take that can of starting fluid, gently/lightly spray vacuum connections/lines. This also sounds like a fairly large leak.
