1995 s10 4.3 tbi missing!

1995 s10 4.3 tbi missing!
my s10 has started missing when under a load. truck ran great for aweek or 2.....its a 95 tbi but has the obd2 hookup(weird) anyway it is throwing a p0320 code any ideas? only thing i have replaced is the ign mod under the dis cap
