Default 1999 s10 2.2 dtc p0342 (CMP)

I have a 1999 s10 2.2L. It runs good until it warms up and then it starts to miss, probably running on 2-3 cylinders. The only code showing up is the DTC p0342 (CMP). Would that cause the truck to misfire? If so how would you go about fixing that. If not, any ideas? Thanks

Could be any number of problems and as simple as a good tune up.What is the condition of the truck .What have you done to it. What kind of mileage on it and has it been maintained at all.Do you have more information other than a scan code.
