Blinkers do not work, however hazards work lights flash. Replaced relay, attempted replacing multi function turn signal control. This did not fix.
Cruise control works, wipers work? Any suggestions? Thank you!

By relay, do you mean the flasher dot? Some vehicles have two. I have one on the fuse panel, and one hidden in the dash by the ebrake handle.

 

i have replaced both relay , mine were next to each other.
how would I trace/find a Short, ground? Could it be individual fuse?
any other suggestion?
