2000 s10 w/2.2L swap?

2000 s10 w/2.2L swap?
I just bought a 2000 s10 with the 2.2L engine. I want to swap in the
4.3L v6. Does chevy sell the motor along with a new 5sp tranny so I can
do the swap. Im really looking for something new or fairly new. I also
want to upgrade the suspension either lowering it with airbags or
raising it and putting some new bigger tires on it. But the motor and
tranny first. Any help will be greatly appreaciated. Thanx.
