Ok i need some help im having an electrical problem i will be driving and my head lights and tail light will start blinking on and off and the throttle will start cuting in and out like its losing spark or or fuel shutting off and if the cruse is on it cuts off trying to track the problem down but can find any loose wire grounds any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

This will be difficult to trace down. It could be a loose or corroded ground. it could also be a wire that looks good but has a bad spot in it from being pinched or damaged somehow.
