I have a 2001 S10 that for the last year has had no headlights. The first shop told me it was my headlight switch. I replaced ($60). Still no lights. Second shop told me it was my multifunctional switch. I replaced ($195). Still no headlights. Any suggestions before I hardwire a toggle? I already have more money in vested in labor then I care to talk about.

 

Take it to someone who truly knows how to test for the problem. What is missing the power or the ground.
