Default 2002 S10 ZR2



Can anyone tell me about the reliability of the motor, etc of the ZR2? My son is looking at a 2002 with 103K miles....what problems is he looking at? Thanks</P>

regular maintanance of the drive line and engine is about all unless the truck is abused or has been abused. i asume it has the 4.3 the have 190 hp and 250 foot pounds of torque, great motor for that truck and it is real reliable. check the underside of the truck for scrape marks on the frame rails. if it has them u do not want the truck that means it has been framed off road and could have problems. also with over 100,000 miles on it u should be wary of wear and tear on the vehicle. run a carfax report on the truck at carfax.com
