What controls and where is what passes for a cold start solenoid? Lately it takes forever to finally start this engine and I'm running out of battery. Feels like (if it were a carbed engine) the choke is stuck open. There must be a fuel enrichment device somewhere. Any help / clues appreciated. Thanks guys
