Default 2003 S10 instrument panel problem

I changed my thermostat and now the speedometer, tach, fuel and temp gauges do not work. The battery and oil ones are still working. I checked for burnt fuses and there are none. It was a simple thermostat change that took about 20 minutes so what now? Any help is appreciated.

Did you disconnect the battery while changing out the thermostat?

Try disconnecting the positive battery cable for about 10 minutes then reconnect it and see if it resets your gauges.
