4x4 button

where is the relay or module for a 98 blazer 4x4 button. The switch on the dash doesn't illuminate. Unplugged it and have know current to it, is there a relay for this.

Also know blower motor. The a/c compressor cycles when put on a/c, but no blower at all.

Check in your glove box or under the fuse box under the hood on the driver side.
