Hi guys, first post. I picked up a really nice old 89 S10 Blazer but I have problem with the headlight switch. The whole assembly is loose (along with the dimmer) in its mounting. Question is: how do I get to it. Does the dash where it is mounted pop out, or do I need to do any special tricks to access this thing. I just don't want to go prying and do more damage than I need to. Thanks for your advice in advance!

 

Typical issue with the s10, my 89 has the same problem and every one in the junk yard too. There is a small screw undernieth the unit, but be carefull when pulling it out to be sure you dont break any of the other mounts with the screws in them.
