Default 93 s10 elecrical issue

Hi everyone, i have a 1993 S10 2.8 5 speed, im having an issue with my gauges. when i have my tail lighs on or right turn signal on, it causes the alt gaug and fuel gauge to drop, and it causes the brake light on the dash to stay on, the brake lights do not effect it. Ive been trying to chase it down, ive tried disconnecting tail lights, checking behind gauge cluster, disconnecting parking lights, went through all of the fuses an flasher. Ive been through everything that I can think of. I sure would appreciate some more ideas if anyone had some. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My up front suggestion is, with a non conductive electrical spray cleaner, generously spray the electrical connections/fuse box connections ect.
