Default 94 S10 no tail lights

My 94 S10 tail lights quit working. The bulbs, fuse, brake, blinkers and headlights work. I haven't changed or done anything new. The nice policeman just kindly let me know.

Default RE: 94 S10 no tail lights

hello ussbucks, first check your ground wires under the cab, there are 2small bolts1 on the left and 1on theright side of the rear frame. the wires are blackand lead back to the harness behind the bumper to the tail lights, if the wires are fine it could be a bad brake light switch between the master cylender and brake peddle under the dash, its a thin black switch that activates the brake lighs when you apply the brake, its not to hard to replace and most aftermarket shops/ autozone/advance/ pepboys so on have thim
