the third door on my s10 wont open? i checked the handle and its fine the top of the door opens but not the bottom i pulled all the panels around it off but i can seem to find whats stopping it? i do have the normal 3rd door rust on it to, i dont know what to do

 

The third door handle has a rod to the top latch and a rod to the bottom latch. Take handle bolts out. Pull handle assy. out check to see if both rods are hooked to the latch. My handle is plastic. It has broke twice. Just one side and you cant open the door.
