98 S10 idles ruff and no power

Have 98 S10 been sitting for 6 mos and barely starts idles ruff,backfires thru throttle and has no power. tried fuel treatment,carb cleaner. It started missed bad and won't idle. Any help would be appreciated.

do a tune-up to it, and include a fuel filter in the tune-up.
