Question 99 s10 blower motor

The blower motor in my sons truck was working normal on the morning of a -30 degree day. After work it would not do anything. I would like to know where, if any, are the fuses or relays for it and the location of the blower motor so I can narrow down what the problem could be.

I don't know if you have already solved your blower problem. I own a 1999 S-10 p/u and have replaced my blower motor several years back. The fuse that controls the blower motor is #9 fuse on the dash fuse panel. There is also a relay in the underhood panel (HVAC). Either one could be defective. Hope this helps.
