Default Adding Remote Keyless to a 1999 Blazer

We just purchased a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer. We were interested in adding heated/power leather seats, and remote keyless entry. I actually thought I was going to get an aftermarket remote keyless entry system, but after getting the heated/power leather seats, and finding out that the wiring harness already had the correct circuits to make them work, I am wondering if I can purchase a OEM remote Keyless Entry receiver, and if the correct wiring plug for it is under the dash as the service manual indicates. The blazer does have power locks and a power hatch release button, is it that simple to add a RKE Receiver modual with the correct transmitters, and it will work, or is it more in depth. If it is more in depth, is it just a matter of getting the BCM programmed correctly, or do I need to change the BCM, or something else entirely? Thank You for reading, I am looking forward to replies to get this project done!
